SHIPPING, CANCELLATION, EXCHANGE & RETURNS POLICIES
We are primarily shipping within the USA. Orders to US addresses are shipped free. If you live outside the US, we will accommodate you. Please use our contact form and we will make special shipping arrangements.
All our products are handmade. We do not maintain a deep inventory. Your order will be shipped within two weeks (unless we notify you otherwise).
Your products will be shipped from a smoke-free environment.
We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
We ask that you
Contact us within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase
Returns and exchange details
We use sturdy packaging to ensure your package arrives safely to your home. However, if you receive a damaged sign, please notify us immediately. All we ask is that you email a photo of the damaged item, and we will immediately replace it at no extra cost to you.
If there is nothing wrong with the sign but for some other reason you wish to return it. (size doesn't work where you wanted it, etc.) It may be returned within 30 days of purchase. You responsible for the return shipping. After we have received the sign, you will be refunded for the price of the sign (not the original shipping fees).
Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned.
Lost Packages: Packages not received 4 weeks after shipping date will be considered lost and will be replaced at no extra cost.
